Once you have dropped off your child, we ask that you do not re-enter the room unless you have been called. This will help relieve any anxiety they may have. When you child care time is up, please arrive promptly to pick up your child.

If a child appears ill they will not be admitted into Child Care. You will be asked to provide a doctor’s note for allergies or symptoms that could be mistaken for an illness. These include:
A fever higher than 100 degrees. Child must be fever free without fever-reducing medication for 24 hours before being allowed in.
Continuous and/or colored nasal drainage. If this is caused by allergies, doctors note must be provided.

Children must be fully dressed at all times, including socks. Staff cannot assist children in the bathroom or with potty training. Parents will be called if a child needs to be changed, taken to the bathroom, fed, given medication, or is crying excessively.
There is a two-hour time limit for the use of the Child Care facility. Parents must be on the premises at all times while children are in Child Care. Parents must keep their cell phone and pager on them at all times.
No Violence Allowed
Children will be sent home for the following: fighting, biting, hitting, inappropriate conduct, or any behavior that can be deemed violent or harmful to others. If a child is misbehaving, the parent will be called to talk to or discipline them. If this happens repeatedly, the child may be sent home at the discretion of the child care staff.
We understand that our current age range and schedule will not suit all families. If your family has different needs, we would love to hear from you so that we can take this into consideration if we expand this service in the future.
