I love having 24/7 access to the gym. I have a busy schedule with many priorities to balance. Being able to work out anytime I want, even if it's 2 AM, means I never have to miss a workout and can achieve my fitness goals faster.

Do's and Don'ts

Don't be disrespectful

Do:

Stay Safe

  • Carry a cell phone with you while working out alone.

Scan your Access Card

  • Must identify yourself by using your gym access card at the scanner by the entrance upon every entry during unstaffed hours

  • Do not follow anyone else through the door—let it close and then scan your key tag.

  • Cussing.
