Changes to Lord's Gym Memberships and Check-In Process

We are excited to announce that Lord’s Gym Oroville is transitioning to a new membership management software program on October 11, 2022 called Club Automation! So what does that mean for our members? 

 

An Online Portal & Mobile App Are Coming Soon! 

  • You will have access to an online portal and a mobile app with many features at your convenience including, but not limited to: an electronic key tag on your mobile app to check-into the gym, update your account information (phone number, email, etc), check your balance, class information, and more! 

  • Stay tuned for more details.

 

What to Expect for the Check-In Process: 

  • Please continue checking in with your key tag as usual at either the front doors (during unstaffed hours) OR front desk check-in station (during staffed hours)!

  • If you are checking in for a group exercise class or your kids for childcare, please also check-in at class/childcare check-in station. We recommend coming 5-10 minutes earlier if possible!

  • It will be a learning curve for all and our staff will be doing everything they can to assist you. We appreciate your patience with us through this! 

 

Temporary Gym Closure October 10th Overnight:

  • The gym will be temporarily closed 9pm Monday, October 10 through 8am Tuesday, October 11th. 

  • Those of you typically with 24/7 after hours access will not be able to access the gym during these hours.

 

1 Year, 2 Year, Lineman, or Corporate Membership:

  • If you have one of these membership types, there is no immediate action required on your part! 

  • Nothing is changing. Your current contract & class packages will be rolled over into the new software. 

 

New Policy Changes for Certain Membership Types:  

 

  • Month-To-Month Memberships:

    • The renewal process for those of you with month-to-month memberships is changing!

    • You will no longer be able to pay the monthly rate at the front desk to renew without filling out a contract form each month.

    • Please come into the gym to sign a new 1 month contract and pay upfront each time you want to renew. Alternatively, you can pay a few months at a time upfront to postpone signing a new contract as often.

    • We also offer 1 & 2 Year Contracts!

      • 1-Year Contracts: $30/mo. (Military $27/mo.)

      • 2-Year Contracts: $25/mo. (Military $22/mo.) 

 

  • Youth Membership Changes Starting November 1st: 

    • Lord’s Gym will only be offering 1 year youth contracts instead of month-to-month youth memberships. 

    • Starting November 1, all youth members who wish to continue their gym membership will need to come in and re-sign up for a 1 year contract either by: 

      • Option 1: Pay $60 upfront for a 1 year contract; OR

      • Option 2: Be linked to a current adult gym member’s account who will be autobilled $5 per month for 12 months. (You must bring that adult member with you when signing up.)

    • If you are a current youth member, you do not need to provide proof of age or bring in your parent/guardian when you come in to sign the contract again.

    • If you are a youth already on a monthly autobill, no action is required as you will continue to be autobilled on a month-to-month basis (no 1 year contract required).

Full-Service-Billing Team: 

  • Starting November 1, there will be a full-service-billing team available to assist you over the phone and/or via email with declined payments, outstanding balances, and/or updating payment info.
