Charity Mission
The Lord's Gym Oroville is a part of a local nonprofit called Father's House Restoration Ministries. That means your membership fees fund all kinds of charity projects that help vulnerable people in Oroville and around the world.

All gym staff are unpaid volunteers who give their time so that all our profits go toward helping people in need.
Helping Children

Putting on an incredible FREE obstacle race for 2,000+ local kids to participate in each spring.

Providing Christmas presents to local impoverished children.

Giving essential items and comforting toys to emergency-placed foster care children.

Saving children from a life of scavenging in dumps by providing schooling opportunities in a developing country.
Supporting Youth

Giving local, at-risk youth a safe, positive environment through our affordable youth memberships.

Providing youth in the Philippines with a better future through outreach, education, and distribution of food and necessities.
Providing for the Vulnerable

Supporting a weekly food bank to distribute groceries to families in need.

Providing support for women dealing with unexpected pregnancies.

Providing meals and housing to elderly men and women who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford it on their own in a third world country.

The Lord’s Gym is more than just a gym. We are a positive engine for change in our members’ health and in the community of Oroville. We are part of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, called Father's House Restoration Ministries, that supports local and international charitable projects such as recovery programs, local food bank, children and moms in need, foster-care children and more.
So when you sign up for a membership at the Lord's Gym, not only are you getting access to a great workout facility, your membership fees are supporting the community and making a difference in people's lives.

We host annual events focused on bringing families and communities together.
Lord's Gym Mud Run
& Kids Mud Run
The Lord's Gym Mud Run and Kids Mud Run are annual, military-style obstacle course races in Northern California. Crawl through mud pits, jump over walls, run across lakes, swing, climb, and hang from your fingertips to overcome 20+ obstacles.
