  • Sign up in person during manager hours: M-Th 8 AM - 5PM and Fri 2 PM - 5 PM

  • Written proof of full date of birth required (with month, date and year, such as birth certificate)

  • Both the youth and parent/legal guardian must be present at time of sign-up​

  • Youth can work out during staffed hours*only

  • PEAK HOUR YOUTH LIMITS (Mon-Fri): Choose from either 3:45 PM - 4:45 PM OR 4:45 PM - 5:45 PM. These hours are limited to 25 youths each hour UNLESS accompanied by a parent/guardian.

*11-12 year old members must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when working out.
