  • Sign up in person during manager hours: M-Th 8 AM - 5PM and Fri 2 PM - 5 PM

  • Written proof of full date of birth required (with month, date and year, such as birth certificate)

  • Both the youth and parent/legal guardian must be present at time of sign-up​

  • Youths can work out during staffed hours*only

  • PEAK HOUR YOUTH LIMITS (Mon-Fri): Choose from either 3:45 PM - 4:45 PM OR 4:45 PM - 5:45 PM. These hours are limited to 25 youths each hour UNLESS accompanied by a parent/guardian.

  • Do you have lockers available?
    No, but we provide cubbies and key hooks (use at your own risk).
  • Do you have showers or locker rooms?
    No, but we do have changing rooms.
  • Do you offer child care?
    Yes! Free child care is available to all current Lord's Gym members (excludes youth memberships, class passes, and day passes). Members must be the parent or legal guardian of the child. For child care hours and more information, please visit our Free Child Care page.
  • How do I sign up for child care?
    Visit us during manager hours to complete the liability waiver.
  • Can I bring a guest?
    Yes, any guest (people without membership) may purchase a day pass and work out during staffed hours. Day pass age limits: Adults (18+) can purchase a pass. Youth (13-17) can purchase a pass only if a parent/guardian works out with them.
  • Do you offer free day/class passes?
    Yes! One free day/class pass is available per person each calendar year. Youth (13-17) must have a parent/guardian with them.
  • Do you offer personal training?
    Yes! Ask the front desk for more info or check online. Or visit our personal trainer page
  • Do you offer group exercise classes?
    Yes! We offer a variety of classes for all fitness levels. See the class schedule online or at the front desk.
