There are security cameras monitoring the entire child care facility.

Each parent/legal guardian is given a pager—our staff will call you when your child needs you.
-
The child must be picked up and dropped off by the same parent/legal guardian, who must be a gym member.

child care: what you need to know

our service
This child care service is not a licensed or full-service daycare. Instead, it is a safe, fun environment for children to play in while parents or guardians work out at the Lord's Gym.

Your eligibility
This service is only available to current Lord's Gym Members (excludes youth memberships, class passes, and day passes). Member must be the parent or legal guardian of the child.

Your responsibility
Parent/Legal guardian must remain on-site at all times. Please be aware of the one-hour time limit. The same parent/legal guardian who drops the child off needs to be the one picking the child up.

When will you be
called?
Parents/Legal guardians will be called if the child needs:
-
clothing/diaper change
-
help in the bathroom
-
food
-
medication
-
displaying violent behaviors or crying excessively
***Staff cannot assist children in the bathroom or with potty training.
***Children must be fully dressed at all times, including socks.

Food and Belongings
-
Please label all belongings: diaper bags, bottles, etc with a permanent maker.
-
Children are not allowed to bring toys, electronics, or food from home.

No Violence allowed
Children will be sent home for the following:
-
fighting, biting, or hitting
-
inappropriate conduct
-
any behavior that can be deemed violent or harmful to others
If a child is misbehaving, the parent will be called to talk to or discipline them. If this happens repeatedly, the child may be sent home at the discretion of the child care staff.

Illnesses
If a child appears ill, they will not be admitted into child care. Symptoms that exclude children from child care participation include:
-
A fever higher than 100 degrees. The child must be fever free without fever-reducing medication for 24 hours before being allowed in.
-
Continuous and/or colored nasal drainage. If this is caused by allergies, a doctor's note must be provided for entry to be granted.
-
Diarrhea or vomiting within the past 24 hours.
-
Any communicable diseases including, but not limited to, head lice, pink eye, skin rash, etc.

MARISA
All parents should check out the Lord's Gym Child Care! My kids and I love it. I get to focus on my workout without any interruptions, while my kids get to play with their friends in a safe and fun environment. Working out regularly makes me a happier and healthier mom, and it’s so convenient to exercise now because of the Lord's Gym.

AUBREY
Lord’s Gym Child Care is a lifesaver! Finding a babysitter and getting to the gym for some “me-time” was nearly impossible. Now, I can work out regularly, feel more energetic, and be less stressed. The child care staff are some of the most responsible, loving people I know. I trust that my son is being taken care of while I get to take care of myself, so I can be a better wife and mom (healthy and in shape).
