What we do to keep your child safe
All child care staff have been background checked using the rigorous Trustline Criminal Background Check system.
There are security cameras monitoring the entire child care facility.
Each parent/guardian is given a pager—our staff will call you when your child needs you.
The child must be picked up and dropped off by the same parent/guardian, who must be a gym member.
The parent/guardian must remain at the Lord's Gym the entire time their child is in our child care.
Check your child in at the front desk upon arrival
Pick up a pager
Fill out a security sticker
Drop your child off at the child care
Sign in to let the child care staff know your pager number
Enjoy your workout
Pay attention to your pager in case your child has needs
At the end of your work-out or the one-hour time limit, pick up your child
You must present your security sticker upon check-out
Return the pager and sign out at the front desk
child care: what you need to know
This child care service is not a licensed or full-service daycare. Instead, it is a safe, fun environment for children to play in while parents or guardians work out at the Lord's Gym.
This service is only available to current Lord's Gym Members (excludes youth memberships, class passes, and day passes). Member must be the parent or guardian of the child.
Parent/Guardian must remain on-site at all times. Please be aware of the one-hour time limit. The same parent/guardian who drops the child off needs to be the one picking the child up.

***Staff cannot assist children in the bathroom or with potty training.
***Children must be fully dressed at all times, including socks.

No Violence allowed

All parents should check out the Lord's Gym Child Care! My kids and I love it. I get to focus on my workout without any interruptions, while my kids get to play with their friends in a safe and fun environment. Working out regularly makes me a happier and healthier mom, and it’s so convenient to exercise now because of the Lord's Gym.
Check out what our members are saying about the Lord's Gym child care...
Lord’s Gym Child Care is a lifesaver! Finding a babysitter and getting to the gym for some “me-time” was nearly impossible. Now, I can work out regularly, feel more energetic, and be less stressed. The child care staff are some of the most responsible, loving people I know. I trust that my son is being taken care of while I get to take care of myself, so I can be a better wife and mom (healthy and in shape).
