Zumba is a Latin-inspired aerobic dance workout that has quickly grown to become one of the most popular exercise classes on the planet. Why? Because not only is it an incredible fat-burning workout, it is also amazingly fun!


At the Lord's Gym, we have an awesome Zumba instructor, Rosa, and a beautiful, purpose-built studio. 


No matter what your age or fitness level is, our Boot Camp class is a great way to get fit and get stronger. Our instructor, Sugih Spangler, a certified personal trainer, uses a constantly changing form of circuit training to get her students into shape.


Sugih will be there to guide you and ensure that you have the correct form and get the maximum out of each exercise. 


Yes that's right, you can take non-contact boxing classes at the Lord's Gym to work out!


Boxing is a great workout for fat burning, body toning, strength training, self defense and cardio vascular fitness.
