Total Body Workout is a moderate to high-intensity workout class that will use weights, body weight, bands, ropes and other forms of resistance to increase intensity.

Strong Nation
Strong Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep and become a stronger you.

Flow Yoga
Flow yoga links breath to continuous movement in a dynamic sequence of postures. This style of yoga builds heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength through focused concentration. Sequencing is often built around sun salutations, and a variety of postures are explored in each class. All levels and abilities are welcomed, as instruction is given and variations provided; students are also encouraged to modify as needed. It is recommended that you bring your own mat and any props you prefer, as well as water.

Amanda
CLASS Instructor
Amanda has practiced yoga since 2003 and has taught yoga consistently since 2009. Over the years she has completed multiple yoga teacher training and continuing education courses, studying a variety of styles, techniques and lineages.
Amanda is a certified yoga teacher, holding the Yoga Alliance designations of Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and Continuing Education Provider (ERYT 500®, RPYT®, YACEP®). In addition to teaching, Amanda also leads training courses through Spira Yoga School (RYS 200®), which she founded in 2014.
Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for years, with 5,000 hours of teaching experience Amanda will empower you while emphasizing alignment and embodiment.
