Membership & Billing

How do I change my recurring payment information?


You can change your recurring payment information by visiting our front desk during our staffed hours. Make sure you have your new chequing account or debit/credit card information with you. Please see us at least 2 weeks before the next billing date (which on the 1st of each month) to avoid a late fee of $10.




How do I sign up for a gym membership?


You can either sign up online here or visit us in person. For online sign-up: you will need a valid debit/credit card and/or your checking account number with the routing number. You will need to be 18 years or older to sign up for a membership online. For in-person sign-up: you can visit the front desk during our staffed hours on weekdays to sign up for a membership. You will need a valid debit/credit card and/or your checking account number with the routing number. If you are making a one-time payment, you can write a check as well.




What is a youth membership and how do I get it?


Youth membership is $5/month membership for anyone between the ages of 13 and 17. To sign up, please visit the gym with your parent/legal guardian and bring a copy of your birth certificate to verify your age. You cannot sign up for a youth membership online. After you have signed up, you do not need to be accompanied by an adult to work out. You can also sign up for classes. However, you do not have 24/7 access to the gym. Please note that the $5 payment takes the youth to the end of the calendar month, regardless of when they paid during the month. Their membership will need to be renewed on the 1st of the next month if they wish to continue working out.




How do I sign up for a corporate membership?


Please visit the front desk during our staffed hours. To sign up for a corporate membership, please bring your proof of employment, like a badge ID with your full name and employee ID.




Do you offer senior or student discounts?


We are sorry, we don't offer discounts for senior citizens or students at this point.




How do I sign up for a class package?


You can either pay for a class package as-you-go at the front desk or do a recurring monthly charge that will be added to your billing every month until you cancel it. Class packages are not bound to your contract, you are free to cancel at anytime. Class packages run out on the 1st of each month no matter how late in the month you purchased them. If your add-ons want to purchase a class package they will need to purchase it at the frontdesk. The new fee will then be added to your monthly billing. How do I cancel my membership?


If you are a contract member and would like to cancel your membership, you have to wait until or after your contract is over. Please give us a call or visit the front desk to give us a notice at least 30 days before your next membership due date to cancel. Please note that after your cotnract obligation period is over, unless you have given us a cancellation notice ahead of time, your membership will continue automatically and we will keep charging you the same membership dues each month. If you have any question or concerns, please be sure to talk to our manager.




How do I receive military discount?


Please visit the front desk during our staffed hours. To receive military discount, please bring any document that proves you are a veteran or currently serving in the military.

Where are you located and when are you open?


We are located at 2120 Bird Street, Oroville, CA 95965. You can visit or call us anytime during our staffed hours: Monday: 7 AM - 9 PM Tuesday: 7 AM - 9 PM Wednesday: 7 AM - 6 PM Thursday: 7 AM - 9 PM Friday: 7 AM - 9 PM Saturday: 7 AM - 7 PM Sunday: Unstaffed We are open 24/7 to eligible members who have access during unstaffed hours.




Is there free parking?


There is a free public parking lot just accross the street where you can park. You can also park on the curb. Make sure to read the no-parking signs. located around the curb outside the gym. We are not responsible for any theft or damages done to your vehicle.




Do you have showers, lockers, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi or spa?


No, unfortunately we don't.




Do you provide changing rooms and somewhere I can store personal belongings?


Yes, we do. We have individual changing rooms and only one member is allowed in at a time. Please do not leave your clothes and personal belongings in there after you are done changing. We have cubbies for you to store your personal belongings while you work out at the gym. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personnal belongings.




What is your dressing code?


We recommend sportswear attire in which you are comfortable to exercise in. Since we are a family-friendly gym, we ask that you do not work out shirtless or just in a sports bra. We also ask that you do not wear clothes promoting drugs, alcohol, smoking, and vulgarities. For your safety, we ask that you do not work out or walk around barefoot.




Do you provide child care?

Online Sign Up

How do I sign up online?


Visit the sign up page here. You can sign up for either a 2-year or a 1-year membership, or a month-to-month (no commitment) membership online. All you need is to follow the steps. Select the type of membership you would like to sign up for, provide information about yourself and any add-on members, and let us know whether or not you want to add a class package to your membership. You will need your debit/credit card to pay the prorated fees for the current month. For 1-year or 2-year membership, you will need to provide a payment method for monthly recurring billing. This could either be a checking account number with the routing number, or a debit/credit card. Please note that if you choose to pay the monthly recurring with a debit/credit card, there will be an additional $5/month statement fee. For month-to-month membership, you only need to go through the sign-up process once. After your month is over, you can renew your month-to-month membership at the front desk during staffed hours at any point for $40/month.




What is prorated membership fee? And why do I have to pay it upon signing up?


A prorated membership fee is the membership fee for the current month; it could be the same as the regular membership fee, or it could be decreased based on the number of days left in the month. It applies to 1-year and 2-year contracts only. If you have add-on members, you have to pay the prorate for each member. If you sign up before the 10th of the month, the prorated fee stays the same as regular membership fees. If you sign up after the 10th of the month, then the prorated fee will decrease. It will decrease again after the 20th of the month. Around the 28th (or 25th for February) the prorate will be reset to the regular fee, and will pay for the remainder days of the current month and the full next month. For example: 1) If you sign up for a 12-month contract ($25/month) on January 5, the prorate fee is $25/person and it covers the remainder of January. 2) If you sign up for a 12-month contract ($25/month) on January 11, the prorate fee is $18/person and it covers the remainder of January. 3) If you sign up for a 12-month contract ($25/month) on January 29, the prorate fee is $25/person and it covers the remainder of January AND the full month of February. What is the difference between Payment and Monthly Billing?


The Payment is the amount due at the time of sign up. It covers prorated membership fees and any class package for the current month. You can use your debit or credit card for Payment. The Monthly Billing is the recurring charge that will happen on the 1st of every month for 12 months or 24 months, depending on the type of membership you are signing up for. You can pay Monthly Billing with debit/credit card or from your checking account. Please note that if you use your debit/credit card, there will be an additional $5/month statement fee.




What is an add-on/additional member?


An add-on/additional member is anyone age 18 or older whom you want to add to your membership. When you sign up online, the add-on member will automatically be signed up for the same type of membership you choose for yourself. You are responsible for and are committed to paying for your add-on members until the end of the contract. Your add-on can request to pay for their own membership, in which case they will need to visit the front desk during business hours and talk to our manager.




What is a primary member?


A primary member is the person signing up and paying for the membership.




I signed up online, when does my contract get activated?


If you sign up online on a Sunday through Thursday, your membership is activated on the next day. If you sign up online on a Friday or a Saturday, your membership will be activated on the following Monday. Please visit the front desk before your first work-out to receive important information regarding conduct regulations. That's also when you can receive the keytag that grants you 24/7 access if you signed up for a 1-year or 2-year contract.




How do I add a class package for my add-on members?


Your add-on members need to visit the front desk during our staffed hours to add a class package.




I signed up for a 1-year/2-year contract. When is the billing date each month?


The billing date is on the 1st of each month.




I signed up for a 1-year/2-year contract. What happens when my contract period ends?


After your contract period is over, unless you have given us a cancellation notice ahead of time, your membership will automatically continue month-to-month, and we will keep charging you the same membership dues each month. To cancel your membership after the contract period is over, please give us a call or visit the front desk to give us a notice at least 30 days before your next membership due date.
