• 1 year contract ($120 upfront OR $10/month autobill for 12 months)

• Staffed hours only

• PEAK HOUR YOUTH LIMITS (Mon-Fri): Choose from either 3:45 PM - 4:45 PM OR 4:45 PM - 5:45 PM. These hours are limited to 25 youths each hour UNLESS accompanied by a parent/guardian.

• Written proof of full date of birth required (with month, date and year, such as birth certificate)

• Both the youth and parent/legal guardian must be present at time of sign-up
