Kelly has been a loyal member of the Lord's Gym for more than three years. She is very persistent and consistent, and always courteous to the volunteers working at the gym. Through working out and changing her diet, Kelly has lost over 100lb, and we love to celebrate her progress! Kelly became a member of the Lord’s Gym in April 2014. Before Kelly started working out, she would describe herself as overweight, depressed, and someone who had no energy and didn’t want to go out.
